The main regulatory framework for finished cosmetic products sold in the EU market is Regulated (EC) No. 1223/2009 and L'Organiq products are notified and registered through the EU Cosmetic Production Notification Portal (CPNP) and since Brexit, 1st January 2021, all products are notified through the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) so are fully compliant with UK and EU market regulations.
