UK
All UK customers can choose from either Standard Delivery (2-3 days) via Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Express Delivery, DPD Next Day Delivery (1-2 days), Monday to Friday only, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Please note for all Express DPD orders, a secondary dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you from our fulfilment partner, Mauveworx Ltd.
Free standard delivery is available to all UK orders over £30. Free express delivery is available to all UK over £70.

returns, refunds & exchange
As we process all our orders promptly if you have placed an order and realise you need to either change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can deal with your request before the order is posted out. If your order is to be cancelled, please state this clearly when you contact us by email to hello@lorganiq.com and we will arrange an immediate refund through the means that you have paid for your order. We cannot give refunds or exchanges should you change your mind after receiving the order, or for gift boxes already sent and received by recipients, unless the item is damaged in transit.
If your order is incorrect or damaged on receipt, please let us know straight away and we will organise an immediate replacement at no further cost to you.

The main regulatory framework for finished cosmetic products sold in the EU market is Regulated (EC) No. 1223/2009 and L'ORGANIQ products are notified and registered through the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), with some of our products registered with the EU Cosmetic Production Notification Portal (CPNP); fully compliant with UK and EU market regulations.
