From the moment you check out, we will email you to confirm receipt of your order and then we'll drop you another line to let you know when its on its way to you.
All orders made before 12 noon (GMT), Monday through to Friday will be picked, packaged and posted on the same day. After 12 noon and on weekends, they'll be posted out the following working day.

All orders made before 12 noon (GMT), Monday through to Friday, excluding all UK Bank Holidays and pre-Christmas delivery, will be picked, packaged and posted on the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon, will be posted out the following working day.
UK
All UK customers can choose from either Standard Delivery (2-3 days) via Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Express Delivery, APC Next Day Delivery (1-2 days), Monday to Friday only, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
For Express APC orders, a secondary dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you from our fulfilment partner, Mauveworx Ltd.

returns, refunds & exchange
As we process all our orders promptly if you have placed an order and realise you need to either change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can deal with your request before the order is posted out. If your order is to be cancelled, please state this clearly when you contact us by email to hello@lorganiq.com and we will arrange an immediate refund through the means that you have paid for your order. We cannot give refunds or exchanges should you change your mind after receiving the order, or for gift boxes already sent and received by recipients, unless the item is damaged in transit.
If your order is incorrect or damaged on receipt, please let us know straight away and we will organise an immediate replacement at no further cost to you.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be made for L'ORGANIQ products that are purchased by non-partnership third-parties. Only verified third-party sellers whom utilise our direct fulfilment partner, thus maintaining correct quality care and storage environment for our products, will qualify and proof of purchase including an order number will need to be given before a refund or exchange can be considered. L'ORGANIQ Ltd is not responsible for the incorrect care and storage of our products sold by non-verified third-party sellers.

All of our products are regulated at European Union and comply with IFRA standards level to ensure the highest level of consumer safety. The main regulatory framework for finished cosmetic products sold in the EU market is Regulated (EC) No. 1223/2009 and L'ORGANIQ products are notified and registered through the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), with some of our products registered with the EU Cosmetic Production Notification Portal (CPNP); fully compliant with UK and EU market regulations.

We adhere to strict privacy and information security for all our customers, only retaining data in order to efficiently process and deliver orders or to fulfil our member's club subscriptions and we will never share your information with any third party; we guarantee that your data is stored securely and confidentially.
If you do not wish us to retain your information and wish us to remove your data from our database, please email us directly at hello@lorganiq.com and we will happily remove your data at your request.
