We pride ourselves on our products and will always do our very best to ensure your customer purchase journey is a smooth one, so you receive your order promptly.
From the moment you check out, we will email you to confirm receipt of your order and then we'll drop you another line to let you know when its on its way to you.
All orders made before 3pm (GMT), Monday through to Friday will be picked, packaged and posted on the same day. After 3pm and on weekends, they'll be posted out the following working day.
All orders are tucked up on a bed of either sustainable wood wool or recycled paper and secured snuggly in eco mailing boxes and sealed inside our 'OK Compost!' certified compostable post bags, to ensure they get to you in the perfect condition they leave our workshop.

PLEASE NOTE ON ROYAL MAIL STRIKE DATES, WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER USING DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

UK
For all UK purchases customers can choose from either Royal Mail first class (1-2 days), standard delivery, which is Royal Mail second class (1-3 days) or next day delivery, guaranteed by 1pm the following day (Royal Mail), Monday to Friday only, excluding UK Bank Holidays, at a shipping cost, based upon weight.
Free standard delivery is available to all UK orders over £30, excluding next day delivery option.
Europe
For all European purchases, shipping is calculated by the total weight of the items ordered and we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (4 - 10 days), excluding UK public holidays, to ensure the safe receipt of your order.
Free delivery is available to all European orders made over £100.
Rest of the World
For all international purchases outside the UK and Europe, shipping is calculated by the total weight of the items ordered and we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (4 - 10 days, subject to customs), excluding UK public holidays, to ensure the safe receipt of your order.
Free delivery is available to all International orders made over £150.

To ensure your order reaches you in the perfect condition, every order is tucked up in a bed of sustainable filler, secured snuggly in eco mailing boxes and kept contamination-free in our OK Compost! certified post bags that are made from natural resin and are 100% biodegradable.
returns, refunds & exchange
As we process all our orders promptly if you have placed an order and realise you need to either change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can deal with your request before the order is posted out. If your order is to be cancelled, please state this clearly when you contact us by email to hello@lorganiq.com and we will arrange an immediate refund through the means that you have paid, i.e. PayPal or visa/debit.
If your order is incorrect or damaged on receipt, please let us know straight away and we will organise an immediate replacement at no further cost to you.
After notifying us, we will request that the item be returned to us within 7 days.

All of our products are regulated at European Union and comply with IFRA standards level to ensure the highest level of consumer safety. The main regulatory framework for finished cosmetic products sold in the EU market is Regulated (EC) No. 1223/2009 and L'Organiq products are notified and registered through the EU Cosmetic Production Notification Portal (CPNP) and since Brexit, 1st January 2021, all products are notified through the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) so are fully compliant with UK and EU market regulations.
